Return Policy

Eligible Returns

The product arrived damaged or defective due to our error.

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

The item has been used, installed, or altered.

The warranty card is stamped — this finalizes the purchase and activates the warranty.

You contact us after 24 hours of delivery.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you'd like to return an item for a reason other than damage:
